CPA Eats is Thrilled to Work With Many of DC’s Beard Award Semifinalists

 
 

The James Beard Award Semifinalists list is out now, and we couldn’t be more proud to work with so many of the DC region’s nominees! We’re offering huge congratulations to all of our clients and friends on the shortlist for one of the nation’s most prestigious hospitality awards, and to everyone up for the Beard Awards’ highest honors.

Our amazing longtime clients Eric Ziebold and Celia Laurent are nominated for Outstanding Restaurant with Métier’s brilliant fine dining, and Anne Specker is up for Outstanding Pastry Chef for both Kinship and Métier.

We’re so excited for Angel Barreto at Korean phenom Anju and Beard Awards’ recognition of his amazing work at the relatively young location - he’s up for both Best Emerging Chef and Best Chef Mid-Atlantic! 

The Best Chef Mid-Atlantic semifinalists also include our longtime friend Michael Rafidi’s incredible new endeavor, Albi, and Yuan Tang’s phenomenal new Rooster & Owl.

We are, of course, totally unbiased. We’re simply thrilled to play a part in the success of some of DC’s finest operators. Tremendous congratulations and good luck, to everyone nominated!
